About Me

Hello, I'm Helen.

I had several careers before becoming a therapist, which means I have experience of the stresses of the working world.

I was a Samaritan for many years, so I am comfortable and experienced working with people who are feeling extreme emotions.

I work as a part-time psychologist in an NHS hospice, supporting palliative patients and their relatives, individually and in groups.
