About Me
Welcome, I'm Helen.
Before becoming a therapist, I had other careers, and I have first-hand experience of the stresses of the working world.
Over many years as a Samaritan, I worked with many people feeling extreme emotions.
I work as a part-time psychologist in an NHS hospice, supporting patients in palliative care and their relatives, individually and in groups.
My particular research interest is 'Hope'.
