How I work

Therapy that meets you where you are

I have training in a broad range of therapeutic approaches, including relational, psychodynamic, existential, and various CBT techniques. I draw on a range of these, but I don't have one dominant approach - I work with you, with what you bring, with who you are.

The heart of the work we'll be doing will be you, talking, and me trying to understand. Just us - two humans, both thinking about what it's like for you. Our work together will be tailored to you, whether you're looking for short-term support, or a deeper exploration of long-standing patterns. I tend to work longer-term, but this will be something you can decide.

I commit to listening to you, taking what you say seriously, honour your fear, work compassionately with your shame, and work with you (ideally to find the real you).
