How I work
Therapy that meets you where you are
I have training in many therapeutic approaches, including relational, psychodynamic, existential, and various CBT techniques. I draw on a range of these, rather than using one dominant approach - I work with you, with what you bring, with who you are.
The heart of the work we'll be doing will be human-to-human, you sharing, and me listening to understand. Both of us will be thinking about what it's like for you. Our work together will be tailored to you, whether you're looking for short-term support, or a deeper exploration of long-standing patterns.
I commit to listening to you, taking what you say seriously, honouring your fear, engaging compassionately with your shame, and working with you (ideally to find the real you).
