Please drop me a line, and I will come back to you within 48 hours. Before beginning therapy, I offer a free 15-minutes video call for us to meet and talk.
In our first session, I will be listening to you, and you will be deciding how it feels to talk to me. You will be in the driving seat, and we will discuss how you want sessions to be run.
People who see me generally want to see me again. If for whatever reason we feel it's not likely to be a good relationship, I will suggest alternative therapists or resources if I can. You will be deciding too.
Yes - I am registered with Bupa insurance.
Yes - I offer in-person sessions in Harley Street, or we can meet online. I also offer "Walk and Talk" sessions, weather permitting.
Yes - we will either meet in person or online. I am also able to offer a flexible "blend". For example, if we normally meet in person but you feel under the weather and would still like to have a session, we can switch to an online session. I also offer "Walk and Talk" sessions if you prefer to meet outside. We can structure how we meet according to your needs and preferences.
I usually find it most powerful to work with one person at a time. I do have experience of working with couples and groups, so if this is something you would like to explore, please send me a message.
