Typically, I work with individuals in weekly 50-minute sessions, either online, or in person in Harley Street.
Finding a therapist can feel really challenging.
How can you know if it's going to be a fit? Where do you even start?
It's likely that you have a sense that you want to do some real, hard, therapeutic work, with someone that you trust and feel safe with. It's possible that you know, inside, that you can turn your life around, that it doesn't have to be the way it is now. You may need help renegotiating your life, and then to work with someone about quite daunting possibilities - living the life you can actually live, making choices that serve you, being authentic. Just being, really being yourself, is an incredibly simple-sounding but rare thing.
